Pada, or Ayurvedic foot massage, is a deeply relaxing treatment that works on both the body and the nervous system. In Ayurveda, the feet are closely linked to our grounding, our energy, and the proper functioning of our internal organs. Through precise and enveloping movements, this treatment stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, supports metabolism, and promotes natural detoxification processes. Pada also helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality. It is particularly recommended for fatigue, mental overload, or imbalances related to Vata. This treatment invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and rediscover a profound sense of calm, lightness, and grounding. This type of treatment can be combined with another during a 90-minute session.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment - All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the treatment or a deposit covering the studio rental fees (calculated based on the reserved treatment time). - Payment guarantees your time slot and the availability of the studio for your session. 2. Cancellation and Modification by the Client Rescheduling or cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: 100% of the total amount will be refunded. Rescheduling or cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: 100% of the total amount is due. 3. Cancellation by the Provider - In the event of studio unavailability or unforeseen circumstances on the part of the provider, the client will be informed as soon as possible. - The client will have the choice between a full refund or rescheduling the session to a later date, subject to availability. 4. Lateness and Modifications - Any lateness on the part of the client will be deducted from the session time, without compensation. - Any booking modification is possible subject to availability, in accordance with section 2 above, "Cancellation and Modification by the Client." 5. Acceptance of the Appointment Date - The date and time of the appointment must be confirmed by mutual agreement between the service provider and the client. - Any change to the agreed date must be approved by both parties and comply with the conditions set forth in this policy. - By accepting the booking, the client acknowledges having read and accepted the agreed date, as well as the cancellation and modification conditions.
