1. How to prepare for an Ayurvedic treatment session?
To ensure your session runs smoothly and to optimize its effects, it is recommended to follow the instructions below.
For your comfort, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Before the session

It is advisable not to consume heavy meals in the 2 to 3 hours preceding the treatment.

Please hydrate adequately, but not excessively, just before the session.

It is recommended to come without perfume, ideally without makeup, and to avoid applying body creams or lotions on the day of the treatment, as these may interfere with the absorption of Ayurvedic oils.

It is advisable to avoid any hair removal at least 24 hours before the session in order to limit any area of inflammation on the skin which could be sensitive to the oils used.

For safety reasons, please report any medical conditions, current treatments, pregnancy, acute inflammation or known allergies.
Attire and practical considerations
Opt for comfortable clothing that is easy to put back on after a treatment involving the use of oils.
It is advisable to wear underwear that can withstand contact with the oils used.
Hair can be tied back if necessary.
During the session
The treatment takes place in a calm environment. You are free to remain silent or to chat briefly, as you prefer.
Do not hesitate to report any possible discomfort (pressure, temperature, discomfort) immediately.
After the session
For oil treatments: it is recommended to leave the oil on the skin for at least one hour after the treatment in order to support the nourishing and therapeutic effects.
Hydration with water or hot herbal tea is recommended to support natural elimination processes.
It is best to allow some rest or quiet time after the session, as the nervous system continues its regulation.
Intense physical/social activities should be avoided in the hours following treatment.
Specific points
For sessions at the end of the day after work, for example, it is recommended to bring a change of clothes that can withstand possible traces of oil.
If you have sensitive skin, please let me know so that the products can be adapted.
2. How to prepare for an energy healing session?
Without overthinking it! Just let yourself be guided. It's a first step you're taking for yourself, giving yourself this time to rebalance your energy.
Wear comfortable clothing.
I would ask you to put your phone on silent mode so as not to be disturbed during the session.
How to prepare for a remote energy healing session?
The session takes place on Zoom, so a good internet connection is necessary.
We begin with a consultation to take stock and fully understand your request, then I proceed with the treatment while ideally keeping your camera on.
Some additional information:
Put your phone on silent mode.
Remove all stone jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.)
Make yourself comfortable,
Cover yourself if necessary.
Close your eyes, all you have to do is relax :)
We end with a time for discussion, we talk about what has been worked on, your feelings, etc.
How do I get settled in?
Lie down in a quiet place, on your back, with your arms at your sides to avoid blocking the flow of energy. Settle in your bedroom on your bed, in another room on a rug, taking care to protect your neck and knees, or on your sofa... it doesn't matter, the important thing is to be lying comfortably and in a quiet place.
Lower the shutters, or draw the curtains if necessary, light a candle or a dim light.
Make your space a place of tranquility conducive to rest and relaxation; feel free to light incense before the session or purify the room.

What clothes am I wearing?
Wear loose and comfortable clothing that will help you relax.
Am I allowed to get up during the session?
Of course! It's important to listen to yourself and respect your body's needs to have peace of mind. Simply try to remain calm and keep your eyes closed if possible. You can finish the session sitting if you feel more comfortable that way, or lying on your stomach. It's just important to keep your hands at your sides so as not to block the flow of energy.
And if you need to go to the bathroom, go!
What if I fall asleep?
This is not a problem at all; it shows a great letting go, which allows energies to flow more freely and therefore to do the work without resistance!
What should I do after the session?
Drink one or two large glasses of water. Hydration is very important. Try, as much as possible, to stay calm and avoid stressful environments or situations.
