Ayurveda considers each individual unique. My approach is rooted in this vision: to gently help you regain overall balance: physical, emotional, and energetic with advice and treatments tailored to your individual nature and current circumstances. *A comprehensive initial session to understand and harmonize Each follow-up begins with an in-depth session (approximatively 2 hours) including: - a detailed anamnesis (diet, lifestyle, sleep, digestion, emotions, etc.) - a personalized Ayurvedic treatment to restore your current balance (in person in Zurich) - personalized advice on lifestyle, nutrition, rituals, and breathing This initial meeting allows us to explore your prakriti (basic constitution) and vikriti (current imbalance) together, laying the foundation for lasting well-being. A progressive and personalized approach The following sessions (5 to 7 sessions) adapt to your current needs and progress: - gradual adjustments to your daily routine - targeted Ayurvedic treatments (nervous system, digestion, energy, etc.) - time for discussion and listening to refine recommendations *Reclaim your autonomy in your well-being Over the course of the sessions, you will learn to better understand your body, your needs, and the signs of imbalances. The goal: to empower you to maintain your balance, using simple tools inspired by Ayurveda, yoga, breathwork, and other approaches that I integrate according to your individual needs. *Prices & Terms Remote (video conference) First session (120 min): CHF 125.- follow-up sessions (60 min): CHF 90.- In-person – Zurich First session (120 min, treatment included): CHF 140.-* Follow-up sessions: CHF 120.- (90 min) Ayurvedic treatment included *This follow-up is offered at a preferential rate as part of my ongoing studies in Ayurveda. It allows me to deepen my practice through individual sessions, while making this support accessible to those without supplemental insurance coverage. These sessions are not billed under my ASCA accreditation and are therefore not eligible for reimbursement by supplemental insurance. This preferential rate also allows people without supplementary insurance to discover the benefits of Ayurvedic treatment at a more affordable price.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment - All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the treatment or a deposit covering the studio rental fees (calculated based on the reserved treatment time). - Payment guarantees your time slot and the availability of the studio for your session. 2. Cancellation and Modification by the Client Rescheduling or cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: 100% of the total amount will be refunded. Rescheduling or cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: 100% of the total amount is due. 3. Cancellation by the Provider - In the event of studio unavailability or unforeseen circumstances on the part of the provider, the client will be informed as soon as possible. - The client will have the choice between a full refund or rescheduling the session to a later date, subject to availability. 4. Lateness and Modifications - Any lateness on the part of the client will be deducted from the session time, without compensation. - Any booking modification is possible subject to availability, in accordance with section 2 above, "Cancellation and Modification by the Client." 5. Acceptance of the Appointment Date - The date and time of the appointment must be confirmed by mutual agreement between the service provider and the client. - Any change to the agreed date must be approved by both parties and comply with the conditions set forth in this policy. - By accepting the booking, the client acknowledges having read and accepted the agreed date, as well as the cancellation and modification conditions.
