Here is my story in a few lines:

My path to well-being began with a profound encounter with myself.
During a ten-day Vipassana meditation retreat, cut off from the world and all distractions, I experienced a state of peace and inner clarity that marked a decisive turning point in my life.
From that moment on, I knew that something inside me had just opened up, and that my way of living and perceiving the world was going to change profoundly.
Several years of exploration followed, beginning with yoga, which allowed me to reconnect with my body after a long period of disconnection. Gradually, I opened myself to the more subtle dimensions of being, discovering magnetism and energy healing, particularly through Barbara Ann Brennan's book, *The Healing Power of Hands*. This reading was a revelation and led me to train in crystal healing and energy work, fields that fascinated me with their ability to act on the physical, emotional, and mental levels.
Significant life events then challenged me and further transformed my vision of life, death, and meaning. The desire to support others then became obvious: sharing what I was discovering and the well-being I was cultivating within myself had become essential.
In parallel, my work with families and children allowed me to appreciate how much women, and especially mothers, need support. I then trained as a parenting coach, enriching my understanding of family and relationship dynamics.
It was through a personal journey of healing, particularly related to an inflammatory skin condition diagnosed in 2017, that Ayurveda became central to my path. Discovered in greater depth after my travels in India, and then through personal guidance, Ayurveda was a true revelation. This holistic approach, which seeks to understand the root cause of imbalances rather than simply masking symptoms, resonated deeply within me. Today, I am pursuing personal guidance and ongoing training to become an Ayurvedic practitioner, with the desire to share this wisdom in a simple, accessible, and profoundly human way.
In 2023, I also chose to train in yin yoga, a practice that respects the body and the nervous system, integrating an energetic and trauma-informed dimension that naturally complements my approach.
Today, I support women who wish to reconnect with themselves, better understand themselves, and find lasting inner harmony. My approach is guided by listening, kindness, and respect for each woman's pace.
I continue to train and explore different natural and energetic approaches, with the deep drive to contribute to individual and collective well-being, and to support each person in reconnecting with their inner light.
